CAMPSITE RULES

Entry implies full acceptance of the rules of our Camping Village.

Upon arrival and during your stay:

  • Guests must check in at Reception with valid ID for all members of their group.

  • Arrivals and departures must respect the indicated times. Payment must be made during cashier hours at Reception.

  • Departures after the scheduled time will incur an additional night charge for pitches and rental units.


BOOKING & MANAGEMENT

  • Staying at the campsite implies full acceptance of the rules. Management reserves the right to reprimand or expel guests in case of violations.

  • Each camper is responsible for their belongings. Lost items must be handed over to Management. The campsite is not responsible for theft or loss.

  • Bookings are personal and non-transferable. During high season, the minimum pitch rate is for 2 people.

  • Minimum booking: one week, unless otherwise confirmed in writing.

  • Cancellations are only accepted by post or email with postal stamp; deposit refunds will be issued by December 31st of the current year.

  • Minors must be accompanied by parents for the entire duration of the stay.

  • Some services may be limited during low season.

  • For long stays, guests must confirm their presence with Management by the end of each month.


RENTAL ACCOMMODATIONS

  • Availability: from 4:00 PM on arrival day to 10:00 AM on departure day (Mini Lodge Tent until 11:00 AM).

  • Cleaning of dishes and cookware is not included. Otherwise, a €50.00 surcharge will apply.

  • The balance for accommodations and services must be paid upon arrival.

  • Accepted payment methods: cash, debit card, credit card. Checks are not accepted.

  • Pets: dogs allowed in Cottages, Safari-Big Country, and Mini Lodges. Cats only in Cottages. Not allowed in Maison and Country Lodge.

  • In case of early departure, the full booked stay must still be paid.


PITCHES

  • All pitches are numbered and designated for tents, caravans, or campers. Tents on caravan pitches only with prior authorization.

  • Only one unit per pitch. Porches, gazebos, and extra tents require authorization and a surcharge.

  • Booking: free arrival, minimum stay 7 nights. Site guaranteed only in available area, not a specific one.

  • Management may decide the positioning of tents and vehicles.

  • At the end of your stay, pitches must be left clean.

  • Electrical connection only with CEE-compliant cables. Each guest is responsible for their own cables.

  • In case of delay, pitches are held until 1:00 PM the following day. After that, considered a no-show unless otherwise communicated.


VISITORS

  • Allowed only with prior authorization. Must provide a valid ID.

  • Free stay for two hours. After that, a daily fee applies. Visiting hours: 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM (exit by 11:00 PM).

  • Management may refuse entry to unwanted or excess guests.


HOURS AND TRAFFIC

  • Internal traffic allowed only for loading/unloading luggage.

  • Maximum speed: 10 km/h. Honking is prohibited.

  • Gates closed from midnight to 8:00 AM.

  • From 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, car access allowed only from the parking lot.

  • No vehicle circulation from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

  • During quiet hours (1–3 PM and 11 PM–8 AM), noise, gatherings, playground use, and vehicles are prohibited.

  • Motorcycles must be pushed by hand.

  • After 8:00 PM, it is forbidden to set up tents, porches, or other structures.


PARKING

  • Each car will receive a pass to display. Parking is allowed only in authorized (non-supervised) areas.

  • The campsite is not responsible for damage to vehicles caused by third parties.


DOGS AND CATS AT THE CAMPSITE

  • Dogs allowed on pitches, in Cottages, Safari-Big Country, and Mini Lodges.

  • Cats allowed only in Cottages and on pitches, and must remain inside vehicles or accommodations.

  • Owners must clean up after their pets and keep them under control.

  • Noisy or aggressive animals are not allowed.

  • Dogs must not be left alone in tents or accommodations.

  • Dogs are not allowed on the public beach during high season; they are only permitted on the equipped beach.

  • Pets are not allowed in the restrooms or to be washed in the showers.

  • Management may expel those who do not comply with these rules.

  • Dangerous breeds may be refused at Management’s discretion.


NATURE

  • It is forbidden to damage or remove plants, dig holes, pour liquids on the ground or use shading tarps. Fines range from €50 to €500.

  • The campsite is not responsible for damage caused by trees, branches, or pine cones.

  • Water must be used responsibly. Do not pour dirty water on the ground.

  • Charcoal stoves allowed only in the barbecue area.

  • Lighting fires is prohibited in the campsite, pine forest, and beach.

  • Waste must be sorted and disposed of in designated containers. Recycling facilities are available in the parking lot.


RESPECT FOR NATURE

  • Do not feed wild animals.

  • Do not leave waste around to avoid attracting animals.


ENVIRONMENTAL DECALOGUE

Camping Maremma Sans Souci promotes respect for the environment:

  • Sort waste: paper, glass, plastic, aluminum, organic.

  • Battery collection available in front of the restaurant.

  • Use water sparingly, especially during summer.

  • Prefer natural light. Use low-consumption lamps (< 60W).

  • Turn off unused lights, even in accommodations.

  • Do not use shampoo or soap in the beach showers.

  • Use the waste containers provided on the beach.

  • Report abandoned waste to the lifeguards.
