Mama Restaurant
The Restaurant Mama offers dishes from the Mediterranean and Tuscan traditions: meat, fish, and seafood. Vegetarian dishes and options for food intolerances are also available.
A prestigious selection of wines from all over Italy, with a special focus on Tuscan and local labels, adds the perfect touch to enjoy a great meal, just as tradition dictates. The house specialty is the “tegamata”, named after the fact that it’s served directly in the cooking pan at the table. The “calamarata”, a pasta shaped like calamari rings, is undoubtedly the most loved dish among our regular guests.
The restaurant also features a Neapolitan Pizzeria.

Breakfast
Continental breakfast served at the outdoor bar, with bread, pastries, butter, jam, fruit, and beverages.
The Pizza
Neapolitan pizza with long-fermentation dough, baked in a wood-fired oven and topped with fresh, high-quality ingredients.
The “Calamarata”
A great classic of Neapolitan cuisine with bronze-drawn pasta and a fish-based sauce.
Full Board/Half Board
Service subject to availability, bookable at the restaurant/reception for a minimum of three consecutive days.
Bar
The bar, open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, offers flavorful cocktails at aperitif time, all served with delicious finger food.
Take Away
The takeaway service of Mama Restaurant is always available during opening hours. Reservation is recommended.
