Booking or calculating a quote is very simple:

• Enter the arrival and departure dates, and the number of people (from a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 6) in the bar at the top of the homepage;
• Click on “search” and the system will show you the various solutions that are actually available and bookable (if your group exceeds 6 people, please select two separate accommodations).

In just a few clicks, you can check the real availability of your desired accommodation, updated rates, photos, descriptions, payment terms, and conditions for modifying/cancelling your stay.

If no availability is shown for the selected dates, please pay attention to any stay restrictions (as indicated by the symbols in the calendar).

For each type of accommodation (Maison, Cottage, Lodge Tent, and Mini), there are 3 types of rates available:

• Standard Rate
  The most flexible option, which varies depending on the selected stay period.
• Non-Refundable Rate
  The most affordable. This is a prepaid rate: full payment for the accommodation is required at the time of booking. Any extra services will be paid on site. No refunds or changes are allowed.
• BeSafe Insured Rate
  This is also prepaid, but offers greater peace of mind: it allows partial or full refunds, even up to the day of departure, according to the terms of the related insurance policy.

Pet Policy

Pets are welcome at the Camping Village, with some restrictions based on the type of accommodation and accessible areas.

Accessible Areas

Pets are allowed only in designated areas within the campsite, as indicated in the internal regulations.

Pets on the Beach

• They are allowed on the equipped beach, under the umbrella.
• They can also access the pet-friendly public beach located about 5 km from the campsite (designated by the Municipality).
• Entering the water is not allowed.

The Camping Village provides a job chair for beach access. Only the Maison Facile is suitable.

Camping Maremma Sans Souci offers entertainment services during the high season. There is also a small playground surrounded by nature.

Upon reservation and subject to availability (for a fee of €5.00/day), baby cots and high chairs are available.

Camping Maremma Sans Souci is located directly by the sea and has direct access to the beach. The private beach is available for a fee (bookable upon request and subject to availability) and includes umbrellas and sun loungers, parking space, beach bar, and showers.

The long stretch of public beach is located right next to the private one. The campsite is 2.5 km from Castiglione della Pescaia, which can be reached by bicycle (cycle path accessible directly from the campsite entrance) or via a free shuttle service available from mid-June to mid-September (at set times).

Entertainment is available during the months of June, July, and August with a program of activities for children.

Tourist tax: €1.00 per person per night. Children up to 13 years old are exempt. The tax is also waived from the 22nd day of stay onward.

Minors are allowed access if accompanied by parents or guardians.
